Archmark’s husband and wife founders, Bryon and Kellie McCartney, started Archmark out of their sincere love of architecture and design.
According to Bryon, “We met in Chicago, and realized we shared a mutual love for the city’s architecture. But when we moved to Switzerland, our personal travels were guided primarily by the European architecture we wanted to visit.”
Kellie adds, “When we landed our first architecture client, and learned more about the struggles many architects face, we realized it was a great opportunity to impact the industry."
The Archmark team has studied more than 600 architecture firm websites, and has helped more than 3,000 architects through their training programs, workshops, and podcast guest appearances.
What we have seen is that many architects are talented designers, but very few are talented business designers. Three key weaknesses are branding, marketing, and websites.

Archmark is a virtual branding & marketing agency launched in 2016 by husband and wife founders, Bryon and Kellie McCartney, and an international team of marketing specialists. Bryon and Kellie each have more than 35 years of branding and marketing experience and have each run larger agencies before joining forces. Archmark is a remote agency compromised of team members in Florida, Colorado, Texas, and Ohio in the United States, as well as team members in Argentina and Ireland.
Archmark was founded by Bryon and Kellie McCartney, husband and wife partners who have run three successful agencies together, Image Engineers in Switzerland and Be Brilliant and Archmark in the United States.
Prior to working together, Bryon was successful both in corporate communications and agency leadership. He lead the in-house creative team at Unilever responsible for many of the early online branding and marketing campaigns for brands such as Calvin Klein, Elizabeth Arden, Lipton Food, and Suave Personal Care. As an agency leader, he was responsible for major clients including BZ Bank, Credit Suisse, General Motors Europe, Opel, Roche and many others.
Kellie was also successful as an agency director for Gibbs & Soell, heading up their Swiss headquarters division and establishing the firm's presence in Europe. She was responsible for clients including Dow, Dupont Dow, NatureWorks, Schindler, and Syngenta.

Most of our clients have had a certain degree of success, but they are at a point where they want to scale their business and increase their revenue, profit, and quality of projects.
We work with clients in several ways, including through our coaching program, direct client services, and training courses.
We have helped over 3,000 architects since 2016 and have worked directly with clients in Australia, Canada, Costa Rica, the United Kingdom, South Africa, and the United States​.
